| Awesome Printer! I recently purchased the Page Pro 1400 for my at home office - after tiring of dried up inkjet ink and I LOVE this printer. It's small but prints fast and produces high quality printing. One drum cartridge produces 20,000 and I love it for all the internet research I do! It is cost effective for anyone with a home office to use this printer and save $ over the inkjet types of printers. Fantastic. Also, thank you for the great customer service I have received to help me get my printer up and running. Thanks again Konica Minolta. Great job! |

the network connection. . . . I am sorry not to have
the name of the first person in your tech support that
we connected but she was very good up to a software
problem and there she turned us over to Scott. It is
also very nice not to have a long hold before being
connected to a tech person. The 1350W is really a great

| On July 26, 2005 I called
needing assistance with my printer. My call was promptly
answered. The rep took my information concerning my
printer and from that point on it was a series of specific
questions and solutions. My issue was resolved in about
4 minutes. This guy knew his stuff and told me exaclty
what to do. I told him he was my hero! I have never
received this level of customer support. It was great!
Thank you! My 2430 DL continues to work up to my expectations
and I am very satisfied. Your customer support group
is icing on the cake! |

| . . . I purchased
first one, and finally a total of three, Konica-Minolta
1350W printers. Wow! What great little laser printers.
They work every time, are fast and easy to maintain.
I was then in the market to replace a Lexmark C720 color
laser printer. I at first looked at a competitive product,
but then I found the Konica-Minolta 5430DL. With the
experience I had gained from owning the 1350W's, I decided
to purchase the 5430DL. Again, another WOW experience.
. . . that unit paid for itself in the first month I
owned it. I continue to use a wide variety of paper
stock, including 80# glossy cover stock, and the printer
never stops! Thank you so much for creating products
for the rapidly emerging small office/home office market
that are both affordable, efficient and flexible. |
